Ordering Process
Step 1
Place an order on our website.
A confirmation email will be sent to you with your order details and all information for sending your ashes.
Step 2
We will need your beloved ashes sent to us, in a sealed bag/jar. Anything you feel comfortable sending them in. We know how worrying this can be, but rest assured we are with you every step of the way.
You can also send flowers to us as a way of remembering a treasured moment.
Step 3
Once your ashes have been received, we shall notify you straight away that we have received them safely.
Step 4
We shall work on your selected item of jewellery and once complete we will notify you that your jewellery is ready and return any un used ashes to you along with your jewellery.
All items are sent using Royal Mail secure post, with tracking information. A signature will be required for all parcels.
