Once purchased you’re loved ones/pets ashes will need to be sent to me.
All details will be given after purchase. However we do ask for a small amount of ashes ( around the size of a thumb nail) we will keep you fully updated on the process of you’re jewellery from receiving your loved ones safely to the finish product and any remaining ashes will be sent back to you with your finished necklace.

The dispatch time is 3-7 working days once we have received you’re ashes 💕
